She is survived by: her mother Anna Willoughby; her sister Laquita Thomas; her husband Ronald Donley; her children, Cary Blackford (Geraco), Jason Blackford (Tiffany) and Amanda Blackford; her brothers, Scott Willoughby (Carol) and Keith Barnes (Sharon); and her brother-in-law Dana Donley (Nancy). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
