He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rehl Hartley; his children, Charles (Vicki) and Donna (Jonathan); his sister Louise Hoermle; his brother-in-law Charles; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hartley Brown, Brian Hartley, Nancy Blake, Jeremy Vance, Samantha Kuhn and Collin Vance. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
