She was predeceased by: her parents, James Palmer and Beverly Palmer (Werner); her daughter Misty Dawn Hall; and her aunt Shirley Scott. She is survived by: her son William Hall II (Breanna); her granddaughter Wendy "Peanut" Hall; and her husband Gary Young.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the South High Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207).
