We bid farewell to Connie L. Bates of Groveport, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 17, 2025 at the age of 73. Connie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Connie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Connie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Bachelder and Ruth Bachelder. She is survived by: her husband Bill Bates; and her sons, Fred and Lonnie Klipple. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; more friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
