He was predeceased by: his cousin Connor Gregg. He is survived by: his parents, John Collier and Amanda Collier; his siblings, Skyler and Scarlett; his grandparents, Jeffrey Root, Darla, Roy Howard, Tammy Eyerman, Michael Mikula and Richard Root; and his aunts and uncles, Heather Root, Ashley Yates, Brian Root and Scott Yates. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
