It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Blevins (Groveport, Ohio), who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles W. Harris; her husbands, Sylvester Blevins and Ralph "Buck" Scherer; and her brother Charles Lee Harris. She is survived by: her children, John F. Scherer (Alison), Sylvia A. Blevins and Tanya S. Velez; her grandchildren, Anita Bronson (Troy), Brian Scherer (Reva), Tyler Andrews (Cassidy), Anthony Velez and Luke Tiller; and her sister Bonnie Jones. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
