He is survived by: his wife Mildred Maybelle Hayes; his children, Judith McDonnell (Robert) of Groveport, Richard McClay (Deborah) of Canal Winchester and William McClay of Lancaster, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Flora Lelikov (Al), Brent McClay, Dean McDonnell, Candice Guth (Dan), Ryan McClay, Emily McClay and Lydia Featheringill (Richard); his great grandchildren, Lucian, Alice Lelikov, Augustus Guth and Michael James Hill; his siblings, Leroy McClay (late Judy), Doris Hansen (late Larry), Verla Swearingin (late John), Janice Sommers (late Jerry) and Ralph McClay (late Diane); his parents-in-law, Harry and Flora Hayes; and his son Chuck.
