He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Melissa (Hunter Skaggs) and Michelle (Paul Hughes); his grandchildren, Hunter Andrew Skaggs (Misty), Christopher Skaggs (Cathy), Bethany Garcia (Joey), Jeff Hughes (Emily) and Valarie Hughes; his great grandchildren, Connor Skaggs, Madelyn Skaggs, Hannah Skaggs and Camyrn Skaggs; his nephew Manual Lopes (Margaret); and his brother Gene Wheeler (Judy).
