He is survived by: his son Xavier Fields (Lisann); his grandchildren, Cameron L. Fields and Remington G. Fields; his sisters, Brenda Lewis, Elvia Hearn (Gerone) and Leola Fields; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany N. Lewis, David L. Fields, Amanda R. Fields, Gerone C. Hearn and Camden D. Hearn; and his grandchildren, Audrie, Jackson and Colton.
