He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Stevens and Mintie J. Stevens; and his brothers, Randy and Rex Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Stevens; his children, Jenn and Mike; his son-in-law Cavey; and his children, Tessa and Brynn Cavey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rick's memory can be made to the Grove City Cancer Thrift Shop, for Life Care Alliance, a cause close to his heart.
