He was predeceased by: his wife Susan M Hoy; his sisters, Lois Hughes and Joyce Haskins; his daughter Patricia Hoy; and his grandson Jonathan Dannemann.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gail Wainuskis, Karen Lemons (Carl), George Hoy, Nancy Braun and Barbara Dennis; his children, Penny Dannemann (Steve), Wendy Pam Orzell (Mike), William Hoy III (Brenda), June Hoy, David Hoy (Beth) and Charlie Brown (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Jason Minor, Ashleigh Dannemann, Jordan Hoy, Nathan Hoy, Alex Hoy, Zachary Brown, Hannah Brown, Margiee Young and Kassie Mitchell.
