He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" England and Vickie England; his grandfather William A. England of Grove City; his sisters, Emily Glick (Matt) of Pittsburgh and Elise Garza (Tito) of Loxahatchee; his nephews, Liam, Miles, Simon Glick, Danny and Xavier Garza; his niece Mia of Camille, JT; his godparents, Kristen and Brian Zeltman; his great-aunt Margie O'Sullivan; his children, Matt Adams, George Edge, Vaughn Wiester, Rick Brunetto, Chad Eby, Steve Haines, Mark Donovan, Todd Stoll, Jay Miglia, Rachel Mills, Tom Traini, Walter Riesenberg, Jennifer Elflein (Wozniak), Kathleen Tully, Dale Nawrocki, Kim Nocero and Jason Gibson; and also Bill England. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, great aunts and great uncles, cousins, and neighbors.
