He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Baker and Dorothy Baker (Nance); his sister Pauletta Baker; and his wife Linda Baker (Russell). He is survived by: his son Scott Baker (Denise). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Mt. Carmel Hospice in Bill's memory.
