He was predeceased by: his parents, Drusella Patton and Walter Banks; and his wife Dorothy A. Banks. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Debbie Cushman (Phil Noel), Terri White (Jodie) and Mark Noel (Kathy Wood); his grandchildren, David, Jared, Anya, Jamie, Jennifer, Manuel, Keisha, Shawn of Leah, JP, Taylor and Jacob; and his grandsons-in-law, Zack and Tyler.
