He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Sword (Cornwell) of Columbus and James Smith of Washington Courthouse; his aunts, Paula Kuzelka (Jim) of Commercial Point and Kathy Wilkins (Null) of Ontario; and his uncle George Null of Commerical Point. He is also survived by several cousins and special friends.
