He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Scott of Columbus and Steven (Larissa) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kerstin, Tommy and Maelee; his great grandchild Remington; his mother-in-law Flo Cutler; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Cutler and Terry Cutler.
