She is survived by: her husband Keith Pritchard; her sisters, Charlotte Breckler Owen (Rob Shoemaker) and Debra Breckler Davis (late Elvis); and her nieces and nephews, Tonya, Kelley, Johnna, Kenny, Mark, David, Kevin, Brandon and Jimmy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tammy's name to the American Lung Association in Ohio, 5900 Wilcox Pl., Dublin, OH 43016.
