She is survived by: her husband Michael Burks; her siblings, Karen Dishon (Jerry), Connie Smith, Joni Fulton (Neil), Cindy Pancher, Susan McGhee (Will) and Bill Caldwell (Linda); her children, Andy Ooten, Greg Ooten (JoAnn) and Kara Welch; and her granddaughter Annie J. Upton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
