She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Altman (Dan) of Oklahoma City, OK, Robin Conley (Joe) of West Jefferson, OH and Elizabeth Nestor of Hilliard, OH; her grandchildren, Jaime Kramer (Bob) and Amanda Bettin (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Annika, Penny, Clara and Audrey.

If they choose, friends may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society in Sally's memory.
