We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2020, Russell D. Hall (Grove City, Ohio), born in Richmond, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Hall and Eleanor Hall (Bromfield); and his brothers, Arthur Hall and Richard Hall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hall (Johnson); his children, Connie Hall McCarty and Mark Hall (Kelli); his grandchildren, Michelle Sampson (Mathew), Alexandria Hall, Madison McCarty, Russell E. Hall and Kooper Hall; his great grandchildren, Wrenley Cleveland and Colleen Sampson; his siblings, Francis Moss, Mary Ellen Moyer, Carolyn Tenney (Christie) and Charles Gordon Hall (Joann); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hall and Carol Hall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
