He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Anderson and Medrith Anderson (Beale); his former wife Sarah Palm Anderson; his wife Margie Gates Anderson; and his brother Jerry Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Anderson (Gayla) and Ronette Askew (Steve); his stepdaughters, Pam Gates and Laura Gates; his grandchildren, Christina Canter (Jeff), Brad Anderson (Molly), Marie Trenhaile (Jeremy), Stephanie Bergmeyer and Danielle Gates; his great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Jocelyn, Devin, Aster, Addison, Natalie, Ava, Madelyn and Isabelle; and his sister Marili Wallace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brookdale Hospice Columbus in Ron's memory.
