He is survived by: his wife Karen Rist; his sons, Cory Rist (Amy) and Barry Rist; his grandchildren, Zachary, Tyler and Emily Rist; his sisters, Connie Schmidt, Marilyn Hardyman (Eddie), Sheree Keller (Greg) and Ruthie Hiles (Bob); and his niece Staci McCool (Adam). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
