He was predeceased by: his father James Scott Horsley; his wife Barbara Ann Horsley (Bennie); his sons, Joe "Scott" Horsley and Todd Horsley; and his sister Jeneane Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Horsley (Christy), Amy Bevins (Brian) and Nikki Lenhart (Kurt); his close friend Billie Kirby; and his grandchildren, Ron Horsley III, Joe, Brendan, Tara, Tyler, Stephen, Kaitlin, Madison, Kelsey, Cameron and Megan. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
His contributions to his community are too many to list.
