He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Bowen. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Bowen and Gracie Bowen (Dillon); his fiancée Rhonda Meadows; his son Joshua Bowen; and his brothers, Wallace Bowen (Ginger) and Paul Edward Bowen (Rosalia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
