He is survived by: his spouse Fidelia Elizondo; his children, Tyler Allen (Ashley), Erika Roelofs (Ruben) and Riley Cooper; his siblings, Robin Cooper (Marcia), Ronny Cooper (Katrina), Cathy Eady (Rick) and Jamie Bracy (John); and his grandchildren, Brady, Aubrey, Brooklynn and Nora.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial contributions may be made to Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay.
