He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Miller and Maxine Smith; his stepparents, Marie and Lee Drummond; and his siblings, Eugene Miller, Patricia and Lucetta Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Miller; his children, Richard and Genna Miller; his grandchildren, Jody Harless Jr. and Amber Miller; his great grandchild Kamryn Harless; his siblings, Kermit Miller (Sylvia), Paul Miller, Chuck Miller (Linda), Randy Tabor, Betty Paskins, Brenda McKee (Scott) and Eddie Smith (Dawn); and his stepsiblings, Eugene Drummond (Sharon), Bertha Mae Miller (Ronnie) and Arnold Drummond (Nellie Walker). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other extended family and friends.
