He is survived by: his wife Jane Elkins (Money); his daughters, Diana Ray (Christopher), Pamela Hibbs (Victor) and Tammy Hacker (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Debra, Christina, Ronda, Brittany, Sue Ann, Bobbi, Victor, Aaron, Austin, Hailey and Jordann. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and other good friends.
