He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Quigley and Marie Quigley; and his father-in-law Richard Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Quigley; his siblings, Sharon Terry (John), Shirley Coontz (Tim), Steven Quigley (Mary) and David Quigley (Beth); his mother-in-law Mary Ann Armstrong; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Mauk (Bob) and Gary Armstrong (Missy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
