She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Carter; her mother Sadie R. Sullivan; and her siblings, Paula, Jane, Michael and Kevin.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Hagen (Cale); her grandsons, Spencer, Jake (Aubrie), Chance and Aiden; and her sisters, Kathy (Steve) and Kim.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
