She was predeceased by: her daughter Judy Christine Gibboney; her parents, Stanley E. Notestone and Margie L. Notestone; her sister Bonnie Yinger; and her daughter-in-law Shirley Gibboney.
She is survived by: her husband Steward "Stew" Gilmore Gibboney Jr; her children, Steward Gibboney III (Michele), Melodie Terman and Julie Gibboney (Nikki Critser); her grandsons, Steward Gibboney IV (Robert Hayes II), Clinton Gibboney (Amanda) and Justin Terman (Jamie); her sisters, Joann Head, Mary Lowery (Chuck) and Harriet Blackburn; and also Allen. She is also survived by five great-grand children.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family may donate to Jackson Chapel United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice in Norma's name.
