She was predeceased by: her mother Daniese McNeely (Jim); her aunt Doretha Lambert (Bob); her sons-in-law, Corey Baldwin and William Wampler; and her granddaughter Destiny Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Baldwin, George Cook, Benjamen Cook (Suzy) and Phillip Cook; her grandchildren, Brittany (Chas), Zayne, Courtney, Haley, Aiden, Alyssa, Devin, Colton, Braydyn, Serenity of Trinity, JD, Sug, Gage (Sam) and Quanisha; her siblings, Vanessa and Richard; and her close friends, Veronica Dailey and Robert Patterson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, many friends, and other extended family.
