She was predeceased by: her son Gary Dean Montgomery; her parents, Lloyd L. Hoffman and Elizabeth R. Hoffman; and her brothers, Ray and Paul Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Montgomery; her children, James R. Jr., Doug and Lisa Holland (Joe Davis); her sister-in-law Beryle "Billie" Ivell; her brother Jack Hoffman; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Head Start of Ravenna, Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities or Hattie Larlham.
