She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward McGinnis and Alma McGinnis (Barcus); her husband Kenneth Preston; her siblings, Warren "Glen" McGinnis, Harry Canter, Paul Canter, Bill Hummel, Dudley "Sunny" Quick Jr., Leora Lane, Mary Gursky and Kay Troutman; and her son Terry Beachman.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ward Nihiser and Milton McGinnis; her daughter Faye Schorr (Steve); her grandchildren, Teresa Williamson (Chris) and Kenneth Beachman (April); her great grandchildren, Micailla Beachman, Juan Oviedo, Katey Beachman, Renee, Missy and Christopher Williamson; and her great great grandchild Miguel Oviedo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
