She was predeceased by: her mother Christina Neel; her sister Kamia Bowling; her grandparents, Earl Franklin Neel Sr. and Virginia Seaman; her aunts, Brenda Hopper and Debbie Frisby; and her uncle Earl Franklin Neel Jr..

She is survived by: her father Jarrod Smalley; her children, Chevy, Milea, Malakai and Bentley; her siblings, Chassiti Longworth (Gabe), David Bowling Jr., Sabre'Smalley-Lunsford (Cierra), Jarrod Smalley and Dakota Smalley; her aunt Julie Gibson; her uncle Deane Neel; and her nieces and nephews, Kamryn, Kaylee, Avery, Daylyn, Gabriella and Jaylyn. She is also survived by cousins who were more like siblings.
