She was predeceased by: her husband James Clark; her parents, Frank Chichka and Margaret Chichka; and her siblings, Margaret Hulls, Helen Tresenrider and Robert Chichka.
She is survived by: her son James "Chuck" Clark (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jennifer Jones (Andrew), Jimmy Clark and Jacob Clark; her great grandchildren, Tia, Lucy, Brianna and Drew Jones; and her brothers, Frank Chichka (Pat) and Jim Chichka (Mary Lou).
