She is survived by: her boyfriend Jeffrey Ream; her children, Alexys Ream, Shane Osborn and Kyle Berry; her granddaughters, Alina, Amelia and Audrey; her siblings, Tammy Berry (Keith) and Mike Berry (Chrissy); and her brother-in-law Joe Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
