She is survived by: her mother Joyce Gorslene; her children, Sierra Martindale, Juston Gorslene, Kiara Kulp and Tiara Kulp; her grandchildren, Ariannah, Ryder, Kaleigh and Colton; her siblings, Michelle, Johnny and Christina; and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Brianna, Selena, Cassie and Desiray.
