He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parker and Elnora Sue Parker (Fidler); his parents-in-law, Ray and Ann Blackman; his stepson Timothy Bushman; and his brother-in-law Marty Blackman.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his brother Steve Parker; his daughter Julie Babbert (Mark); his stepchildren, Stephanie Clark (Skip), James Bushman (Shara) and Jennifer Bonifacio; his grandchildren, Dawn, Camellia (Beth), Caleb (Erica), Paige (Kyle), Damon, Morgan, Olivia, Chloe, Braydon, Carson and Max; his great grandchildren, Dallas, Hazel, Cadence, Mason, Thor, Wolf, Kane, Boston Terrier and Rubie; and his siblings-in-law, Marlane (The Third Musketeer), Gary (Ann), Mark (Kim) and Alan (Marie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
