He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Finley and Marjorie Finley; and his siblings, Ruth, Evah, Marilyn, Joan, George, Jim and John.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Randy Finley, Richard "Rick" Montgomery and Lori Renae Coffenberger; his grandchildren, Ashley Renae Stephens, Clayton Montgomery, Madison Montgomery and Megan Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Sunny Renae, Layne and Easton.
Mask are required and social distancing will be observed.
In lieu of flowers the family requests stuffed bears for the police department DARE program and stuffed animals for the fire department.
