He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Casterline (Rita) and Mildred Mittendorf (Harry). He is survived by: his children, Geoff Casterline (Catherine), Jill Fraraccio (Cory) and Julie Post (Joe DiPio); his granddaughters, Jenna and Abby Post; and his sister Beverly Buttermore.
