He was predeceased by: his father Roger; and his grandparents, Virgil Horn, Kathy Goble, Leddie and Ireland Hinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Gina; his mother Bonnie Horn-Dalton; his stepfather Huff Dalton; his daughter Krystle Salazar (Brian); his stepchildren, Brittany Hiser (Joseph) and Lewis Thompson; his grandchildren, Kylie, Camron, Ethan, Bryson and Beau; his stepbrother Howard Dalton (Greg Kramer); and his uncles, Joe Hinkle and Danny Mooney.
