She is survived by: her husband Jack Terry; her children, Pam Shumway, Lynn Smith (Marty), Jill Wolfe (Adam) and Jack Jr. "Buzz" Terry; her grandchildren, Christy Cain, Derek Smith, Tony Marino, Drew Smith, Michael Butler and Makayla Terry; and her siblings, Bonnie Shepherd, Curt Adkins (Carol) and Joy Galloway. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
