He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert and David Blazer. He is survived by: his parents, David Blazer and Joan Blazer; his wife Jenny Blazer; his children, Shawna Dye (Timothy), Jeffery Bennett (Jenee) and Kacee Judd (Andy); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jemma and Zane; and his sister Julie Cano (Troy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
