She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings and Alice Marie Blackburn; her husband Ted Bartley; and her siblings, Robert Blackburn, Hobert Blackburn, Mary Nelson (John), Larry Blackburn and Bill Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Mullens (Cristy) and Kimberly Elliott (Jeff); her grandsons, Greg Mullens (Jessica), Corey Mullens (Emily), Dylan Mullens (Vivienne), Jeffery Elliott, Brandon Elliott (Heather) and Jacob Elliott (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Theodore Elliott, Christian Elliott, Cash Mullens and Harlen Mullens; her siblings, David Blackburn (Yvonne), Helen Tatman (Floyd) and James Blackburn; and her pets, Dolly and Dixie. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
