Janice Arlene (Smith) Buckingham Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Arlene (Smith) Buckingham of Grove City, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kinsel Hill and Mabel Shaw; her husbands, Adolphus Henry Smith and Jack Gilbert Buckingham; her sons, Danny and Dean Smith; and her stepson Jack Buckingham Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Fleming (Steve), David Smith (Theresa) and Doug Smith; her stepchildren, Sid Buckingham, Rita Starkey and Vicky Gaines; and her brother Ronald Hill. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Sw Chapel (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you plant a tree in Janice's memory.
