He is survived by: his siblings, Maxine Sullivan-Dugo, Kathleen Sullivan-White and Joseph Sullivan (Katie); his granddaughters, Terra Nicole Sullivan and Jessica Carmen Sullivan; his wife Jacqueline Lynn Sullivan (Jackie); his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Gay) and Patty Geygan; his children, Mary Ann Sullivan (Kirk), Teresa James, William Swartz (Keith), John Lawrence Sullivan (Melissa), Kathy Merz and James Michael Sullivan (Nancy); his grandchildren, Adam James (Keara), Nicholas James (Maygan), Amber Harris (Mike), Gavin Joseph Sullivan, Camden Jacob Sullivan, Trevor Mullins-Sullivan, Colin Sullivan, Kristen Merz and Kacy Merz; and his great grandchildren, Nikolai James, Layla James, Jemma James, Michael Harris and Laci Harris.
