She is survived by: her children, Gary Horn (Deborah), Heidi Horn, Karen Bailey (Winford), Leslie Horn and Daniel Horn. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family during this difficult time.
