She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Smouse and Georgia Smouse; and her brothers, David R. and Allen Smouse. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hurl; her sons, Scott Allen, Richard Todd (Clara) and Sean Ronald Hurl (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lori, William, Zackery and Cody; and her brothers, Michael and Edward Smouse. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
