She was predeceased by: her husband Bradley. She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Jenny) and David; her brothers, Herman Polly (Peggy) and Harry Polly (Jancie); and her grandchildren, Bradley, Brennan Colvard, Jessica Corum (Nathan), Josh Shelton (Michele), Danielle Ferguson and Melissa Gee (Kyle). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and a nephew.
