With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George D. Wehner (Grove City, Ohio), born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on June 29, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Wehner; and his brother Robert Wehner. He is survived by: his sisters, Suzanne Deery (Robert) and Holly Smallwood (Larry); his children, Jill Lausch, Cassandra Cherichello (James), Jacob and Todd Wehner; his grandchildren, Alexandria (Colin), Jordan (Ryan), Katherine, Giovanni, Megan and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Ryder and Riley; his niece Stephanie Dickerson (Wes); and his nephews, Robert (Brittany) and Ian Deery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in George's name to Columbus Catholic Charities, reflecting his spirit of giving and community.
